Prescription refills Prescriptions may be refilled between 9 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday.  Calls received after 4 PM will not be filled until the next business day.  When calling the office for a refill, please have the following information available:  patient's name, date of birth, medication name and dosage, doctor's name, name and phone number of the pharmacy where you would like the prescription filled Co-payments will be collected at the time of service New patients To shorten your waiting time at your office visit, please download the registration forms and fill these out before your appointment.  If you choose not to fill these forms out ahead of time, please come in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork.
